Due to our commitment to the health and well-being of our Corgi puppies, we have a strict policy regarding visits to our kennel. While we understand the excitement of meeting your future furry family member, we prioritize minimizing the risk of disease transmission. Therefore, we welcome visits only from individuals who are genuinely interested in purchasing a puppy or have already placed a deposit. This helps us maintain a safe and healthy environment for our dogs. However, for those who do visit, we’re delighted to introduce you to your puppy’s parents and give you a glimpse into our breeding practices
Do you ship your puppies?
Absolutely, we understand that not everyone can visit our Corgi in person. That’s why we offer safe and reliable shipping options for our Corgi puppies nationwide. We collaborate with professional animal freight specialists to ensure the smooth and secure transportation of your new family member. Rest assured, our delivery agents prioritize the safety and comfort of your puppy throughout the journey. Additionally, if needed, they may offer alternatives for you to travel with your pet. Do You Offer Refunds?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. If something happens with your Corgi puppy while you have a deposit placed, we offer options to ensure your satisfaction. You may choose to select another available puppy or reserve a future puppy from an upcoming litter using your deposit. If you decide not to proceed with a puppy, we will refund your deposit.
However, in the event of default or cancellation without communication, your deposit will be used to help find a new home for the puppy. We make every effort to maintain communication and provide a two-week grace period before concluding that you have abandoned your puppy. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, the puppy will be made available for reservation to find its new home.
We strive to be fair and understanding, making allowances and offering refunds for circumstances beyond your control. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure a positive experience for all our clients.

- A money-back guarantee within 72 hours of possession if you’re not completely satisfied with your puppy, provided they are returned to us at the buyer’s expense.
- In the unfortunate event of major genetic health issues diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within one year of purchase, we offer an exchange for a puppy of equal value.
While we take every precaution to ensure the health of our puppies, please note that common illnesses or accidents are not covered under the guarantee. We encourage you to establish a relationship with a trusted veterinarian, though any associated costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
