Our puppies do not carry COVID-19 and are safely transported in airline-approved carriers onboard planes with passengers. Upon arrival at the airport, a dedicated delivery van will promptly transport your new puppy to your home, ensuring a safe journey while adhering to safety guidelines.

Delivery Information

Delivery Timing: Once payment is confirmed, the puppy will be delivered the next day, ensuring a swift and efficient transition to your home.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and all relevant shipping details after delivery registration, allowing you to monitor your puppy’s journey.

Shipping Procedure

Safe and Comfortable: Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled cabin, ensuring a stress-free journey. We use airline-approved carriers that guarantee the puppy’s comfort. Flight details, including the reference number and arrival time, will be provided beforehand.

Shipping Crate: Our crates are marked with “LIVE ANIMALS” and the destination airport details for clear identification. The crate is customized to the puppy’s weight and journey duration and includes sufficient food and water to keep the puppy nourished.

Health and Safety: We carefully assess weather conditions and will not ship if hazardous. Our priority is your puppy’s health. Shipping usually occurs from Monday to Saturday.

Nanny Shipping Option

For a personalized delivery experience, our airline nanny can accompany your puppy directly into your arms. They will provide the puppy with attention and care throughout the flight for a safe and stress-free arrival.

Due Diligence

We only use reliable airlines with proper animal handling facilities. Every shipment includes ice water, bedding, and necessary food for the journey. We prefer American, United, or Continental Airlines due to their strong reputation.

Health Certification

A health certificate is mandatory and ensures that all puppies travel safely. We ensure that all puppies are certified before travel.

Final Notes

Availability: Please be available at your home or the airport when your puppy arrives. An hour after landing, the puppy will be ready for pick-up. A valid ID (e.g., driver’s license) is required.

Health Check: We recommend a veterinary health check-up within 48 hours of arrival.

Follow-Up: A follow-up call will be made within 24 hours to answer any questions and ensure your puppy has adjusted well.
