“Overall, I received a beautiful Corgi puppy with a sweet disposition, just as pictured. I did have some issues with not receiving weekly updated photos and puppy weights as I requested. Even a wrong picture was mistakenly sent, which was concerning. My biggest issue was that the breeder’s contact number was withheld, which I think needs to be addressed. Overall, everyone was very kind and professional. The transportation service was outstanding—they updated me on pick-up and provided an estimated time of delivery. The gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he handed me this beautiful little timid puppy safely at 3:30 AM. By 5 AM, she was comfortable and fast asleep cuddled on my neck. Overall, the experience went well with just a few issues. But best of all, I’m very happy that I received this beautiful puppy who has already provided me with unconditional love!”
